Building Platforms

Building platforms is the start of our solution-focus conversation.  Here we want to establish what a client wants of us.  We start with a question like:  “What brought you here today ?”  We build a platform for a coaching contract by asking questions like:  “What is your expectations of this conversation ?” or “How will you know that our meeting today has been beneficial to you ?”
